Hi for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums After reading your post I see that you require assistance regarding issues with scan to email on the HP connected account. I can work around this problem by scanning to a network folder and then emailing the result to the target, but My ubiquity router uses the same credentials ( and ssmtp ) to send email to me via gmail. When I attempt scan to email i always get In the authentication section i have specifiedĪnd have carefully entered my gmail user id and passwordĪfter I have completed the form I save it. In set up 'scan to email ' i have specified I can talk to the printer via the embedded web server from my mac running High Sierra ( 10.13.1) I am trying to use my gmail account to allow the printer to send scans to other users via email
